The Sexmachines

The VANILLA MUFFINS are dead, long live THE SEXMACHINES. I could imagine a performance of the new band around Muffins boss Colin Brändle in a boxing ring. The first single is now followed by the first album of the trio from Basel, Hamburg and Berlin. Drummer Carsten already does, or did the same for OHL, RASTA KNAST, GOTTKAISER or the EMILS, bassist Per enchanted the ladies of the Hanseatic city for years with STIMPY. Together, the three of them play melodic Sugar Oi!/Punk Rock that reminds one of the VANILLA MUFFINS, not least thanks to Colin's distinctive voice and guitar playing. Light and carefree, pissed off and defiant, melancholic and exuberant. You know what it's all about, you don't let anyone tell you anything and you certainly don't let anyone tell you anything.
