Dead Dates

Hailing from Düsseldorf, Germany, this unique musical melting pot on the Rhine, are the Dead Dates. Founded in January 2022, by Marcus Haefs, the Dead Dates follow in the footsteps of their punk rock idols like The Clash, Cock Sparrer, The Jam, Chelsea, and Bad Religion, without simply copying them. Musically, they're more forward-thinking, with sing-along anthems.

Singer Opa's lyrics revolve around politics, everyday stories, and the present, past, and future.

Live, the Dead Dates thrive on their energy, their shared enjoyment, and their sheer joy of playing. On stage, it's always full throttle, never turning back!

The members are Opa (aka. Marcus Haefs( - vocals, Evil B - guitar, Heiko - bass, Junior - drums and Jan - lead guitar.
