N.F.F.U.

N.F.F.U. emerged from the volatile southern California Punk scene. After an abrupt state change to Boise, Idaho they rallied and pulled together their first EP “Frozen” which shortly after sold out. With The Pist / Filth influence and Street Punk / American Hardcore roots they quickly blasted their own anthems into the fabrics of the burgeoning local Punk scene. Grabbing shows with the Subhumans, The Business, Lower Class Brats, and many others only ensured their place as a staple Punk band. Late 2006 N.F.F.U. released their self-titled full length then shortly after began touring to support the record. After thirty days out on the road N.F.F.U. came home eagerly to record more tracks. Days of sweaty, stressful, and intense recording they finally finished the newest EP “Dead Last”. Soon after it’s release the band hit the road again committing to a nine week tour of the US. Home and more material ripping it’s way out, the band got back in the studio and recorded yet another EP “Scream Along”. N.F.F.U. had decided to become a more self aware and devoted to giving back to the scene that had supported them for years. In a new direction N.F.F.U. had started working with the World Wide Organization the Pyrate Punx and booked most of their thirty week tour through them to support true DIY booking. N.F.F.U. does not support the “pay to play” industry and will continue to support promoters, clubs, and people trying to better our scene and world by doing it themselves. Changing things up with another EP ”Second Glance” which has a hybrid sound of Subhumans/The Adolescents after a Ritalin bender which should be hitting the streets in March 2011, N.F.F.U. is booking a European tour and three US tours for 2011. As they say “the darkest hour is right before the dawn”, this is going to be bright morning.
