Reason To Leave hails from Liverpool, UK and takes it’s influence from 90s Skate Punk, 80s Hardcore and Crossover Thrash with a contemporary spin, drip fed on Beavis and Butthead, P-Rock TV, grainy VHS skate vids and cheap tinnies. Their brand of no nonsense breakneck-speed riffs, socially conscious lyrics and relentless, pounding rhythms gained them attention, before a well received first EP, ‘Waste Of Our Time’ made them staples on the UK’s live circuit.

A busy 2023/24 followed, with increasingly high profile support slots, headline shows and festival appearances plus a sophomore EP "Rise And Grind” cemented the four piece’s reputation as a high octane live experience and a passionate voice for positive change within the scene and beyond.

‘What Is True?’ EP dropped in 2025, with a more purposeful sound and an added melodic sensibility, ushering in the next phase in Reason To Leave’s continued evolution.
