Calling Eau Claire, Wisconsin home, Arms Aloft have simply figured out how to channel the raw energy and excitement that has been missing from more melodic punk over the past few years and focused it into something familiar,yet reinvigorated, with the vitality it has needed, combining equal parts Jawbreaker, Dillinger Four and Hot Water Music. Arms Aloft play the type of melodic punk rock that is just so incredibly familiar and derivative yet so well-written that you completely overlook its lack of originality and just bask in the warm, distorted glow of their songs. 

And here's the long awaited debut full length from this sweet Wisconsin band of misfits. They play fast and melodic punk rock akin to Iron Chic, Dear Landlord, North Lincoln etc. This is definitely one of the best albums I have heard of this genre.
