Club 27

Club 27 seem like a sliver of the past spat out in our days by a fold of time: this combo-commando (with an average height of 1.90) at the mercy of their instruments attacks the public with a fool's volume for 40 minutes of fire attacks tight with tight stage seal, between flags of the USSR and iconography of the B.R. and the R.A.F. Club 27 were born in 2002 and are formed by Ricky (guitar), Franz (bass), Joe (vocals), Alex (beat her). Franz and Joe come from past experiences of the early Ambrosian Punk scene, between New Kary, The Virus and The Viridis, and a succession of short-lived seminal bands (Stinky Toys, Slapdash, Tupolev, etc…). Ricky comes from the next Rock-A-Billy and Hardcore scene and has been in several bands while Alex is a fan of the Beatles and the 60's garage beat. The sound of Club 27 is Punk '77 (Ramones-The Clash-The Damned-Sex Pistols) with Californian Hardcore Influences (Germs, Circle Jerks and Dead Kennedys) and Garage Punk. The pieces are short and tight, backed up by two fast guitars, bass and thumping beat and backing vocals.
