Cherrybombs.DK

Cherrybombs.DK were formed in the late summer of 2000 in Denmark, and has ever since followed the rules of the technical characteristics of this genre, namely three chords and not a deep - draught text. The band mainly puts the emphasis on keeping the originality of Punk Rock. Then what´s left can get the big fuck it. It's Punk, right! But if we should teel a quick story about what is in the text anyway we only have to say that we´ve written about the basic anger and irritation everyone can meet as soon as they step outside the door or put on the radio of tv. You can describe it this fast and it can be played this hard when the three members Lasze Liquid (guitar & vocal), Jens Jr. Jackass (bass & backing vocal) and Tommy Traditional Turbo (drums) step into the electrical world of tunes and aggresions to take you on a time journey back to the good old Punk Rock. After listening to these tracks there shoudn't be doubt that the musical passion of the three members of Cherrybombs is the good old fashioned Punk Rock from the late seventies wild west. Cherrybombs.DK has mainly been inspired by classic Punk bands like early Black Flag, Dead Boys and many more. Add to this ofcorse their own stamp on the Punk music express itself, which is easily heard when you look away from the earlier mentioned names.
