Splendors

 

Splendors is a Street Punk band from Moringen, Lower Saxony, Germany.

Founded in the 80s and named after the print on a flashlight, Splendors have been playing melodic punk rock since 1989. As was common in the early days of punk rock, Splendors do what they want and what they feel like doing. Everything else is washed away with a cold beer. Their songs are almost exclusively in German. But they also include the odd cover in English and German. Nevertheless, most of the songs are self-written and reflect their experiences and life stories, which means that they are also happy to put their finger on the sore spot.
