Supporting

Supporting is Oi!/Punk Rock & Roll band from Portugal. From the old "Curva Sul of the José Alvalade" Stadium, the four members of the band Supporting met for the first time on 10 September 2013. The chosen venue was a bar in a mythical square for many sporting fans, Praça do Saldanha. It was on that night that Pedro Marques, Paulo Seixas, Luís Piedade and Pedro Branco, all "Sporting" members for over 20 years, ‘drew up’ the project's guidelines. This unprecedented project in Portugal aims to create/adapt musical themes in the best ‘Rock & Roll’ style, dedicated to the great "Sporting Clube de Portugal". The Supporting project's mission is also to take its music, through live shows, to all Sportinguistas throughout the country and the world.
