Jacknife Powerbombs

Jacknife Powerbombs was fully charged Punk Rock action. "Somewhere between Black Flag and Motörhead" Each song was been battle hardened during live shows in a multitude of venues, crowds and predicaments throughout the mid-west rustbelt and the East Coast. Clear inspiration from Motörhead and Black Flag, but enough range to keep listeners from feeling as if they have just listened to the same song fifteen times in a row. There are fast paced rippers, mid-tempo head nodders and a few Maiden-esque tracks too. The lyrical content is primarily humorous, howevera few serious topics are addressed. "Woodie Guthrie could have written 'Tighten Our Rustbelt', an angry requiem for closed steel mills, deserted factories, and polluted air." The production is high quality and clean, but far from sterile. Rawness of style rises above any production technique. Plenty of driving power chords, frantic guitar leads, wrist breaking drum fills and snarling vocals to keep AC/DC and New Bomb Turks fans raging for months.
