Vicious Circle was Punk Rock band from Long Beach, Southern California, featuring Jack Grisham, Todd Barnes, Steve Houston and Laddy Tirrell, whose members (Jack Grisham, Todd Barnes) later formed the band True Sounds Of Liberty (T.S.O.L.). Band was active in 1978 / 1979.
