Amazombies
Amazombies obviously bought into the legend that Joan Jett was the first riot grrrl, as "Bitches & Stitches" combines equal parts of the Punk that grows on trees in the Pacific Northwest and the sneer and Pop penchant that the former Blackheart pioneered. It can be debated what stands out more, Kim Kelly's strong vocals or the harmonies behind her wails, but there will be complete agreement that the Seattle trio has a lot of fun just Rocking out; the lack of dogmatic overload helps that considerably.
