Mona Reloaded

 

Mona Reloaded is a Bernau-based offbeat Punk Rock band, from Germany. Active since 2008, the quintet from the Berlin area has earned a steadily growing following with consistently energetic live shows and their blend of punk, power pop, rock 'n' roll, ska, and reggae. Since their early youth, the guys' own musical taste has been influenced by local punk rock and Oi! bands from overseas and Scandinavia, a fact reflected in their own sound. With atmospheric choirs, biting lyrics in German and English, and driving guitar solos, the band celebrates its diverse brand of authentic punk rock with catchy melodies and crisp singalongs. A playful organ and bass add the finishing touches, creating the band's unique sound. 

In the fall of 2023, the band disbanded after more than 15 years of existence. The decision was initially kept private, as it didn't feel final to the band. It wasn't until the summer of 2025 that the members officially announced their dissolution. As a farewell, they released their final album, "Keine Zeit," in July 2025.
