1984 (Nineteen Eighty Four)

1984 (Nineteen Eighty Four) is Oi!/Street Punk band from Metz, France. Born in the middle of a no-man's-land dotted with disused factories and crumbling bunkers, 1984 have the authenticity of working class heroes and, like rust on abandoned metal, cling to the Punk Rock that defines their lives and their music so well. Like their Irish predecessors Stiff Little Fingers, 1984 spit out their hatred on tracks that are cut out for live performance and are intended to be authentic.
