"ACAB" is an abbreviation that comes from the English phrase "All Cops Are Bastards". It means "All cops are bastards". This slogan is used to express strong opposition to the police, police brutality or protest against systemic injustice, in songs, graffiti, banners or tattoos. Sometimes the numbers 1312, which represent the positions of letters in the English alphabet, are used instead.
