The Tokyo Rankers is Oi!/Street Punk band from Peterborough, United Kingdom. Members are not that young and have experience in the Oi! and Punk scene for years, being part of several bands in the past such as The Black Marias, The Moonshiners... The band was formed back in late november 2016 and they released themselves a digipack for the album which they are selling at shows and online.
