Outpatients

Outpatients was an American Hardcore Punk band formed in 1982 in Westfield, Massachusetts, United States. The band was formed by brothers Vis and Scott Helland. The made the Maximum R 'N' R top 20 list in '83 with their "Basement Tape" demo and were called "One of the most brutalizing bands of the period" and one of the first bands to introduce that Crossover (Punk-Metalcore) sound.
