Afonia

Hernani (Guipúzcoa) is shit, or at least that's how Aphonia said it, one of the bands that most virulently raised the flag of the new Basque Punk stamp in their music. They sang angrily because they saw how their joyous youth was leaving after fifteen years going to work as slaves sitting every Monday morning in the last train car, because they did not agree with what they understood as complicit autonomism against historical hegemonies and because they were against law enforcement. With all these arguments, the fastest Punk Rock and possible approaches to the rawness of the Oi! they were more than adequate escape routes at hand. They became an illustrative exponent of what some called "Barduliano Punk".
