Kriegs Legion

Kriegs Legion was founded in the middle of 2013 when Bill, The Colonel, and Ed decided to form a Thrash/Punk style outfit with a pair of other Detroit Punk veterans: Paul F. Sinn and Ognob/Mick Shrimpton (Nee: Chris). Bill and the Colonel had been playing in various bands for nigh on 30 years (including groundbreaking Detroit crossover punks Gore and the singularly unappreciated Liberty 37) and had been doing various projects with Ed over the last decade. Paul and Chris had recently parted company with the classic Detroit Punk band "Pub Life" and they had played in several local groups, including the seminal "Son Of Sam" and "Hillside Stranglers" for Paul, while Chris spent time beating the skins for "Shock Therapy" and "Murder Style", amongst several others. It was thought by all that combining their years of experience would yield a truly unique and powerful sound, as well as giving them an outlet to vent on the various issues of the day and drop the hammer on their common enemies. Kriegs Legion looks to roll onward, grinding all enemies to red paste along the way.
