The Defenders

The Defenders are a Santa Cruz, CA streetpunk band that is full of veterans from The Bay Area punk scene like The Forgotten, Mad Town Mulligan and The Grogs. Basically take the best of Secret, Riot City and No Future Records and a nod to bands from the Manchester area like Blitz, Violators, Attak, Skingraft and The Expelled mix in some Jam, Chords, and bands like Cock Sparrer, Slaughter and The Dogs, SLF, Adolescents, DI, TSOL, Social Disortion, Shattered Faith, CH3, Agent Orange, with contemporaries like the Swingin' Utters, 45 Adapters, Bishops Green and you get The Defenders.
