Who Killed Janis is Punk 'N' Roll band from the Opel city of Rüsselsheim, Germany. Motor City Street Rock 'N' Roll is what the guys call their sound, and that hits the nail right on the head. Their tracks are dirty full-throttle Rock numbers with a good dose of Punk Rock. So it's a rough intersection of Motörhead and Company sounds, plus plenty of Scandinavian Speed Rock from Backyard Babies to Turbonegro, fueled with some nice Assi Street Dog Punk Rock, some Metal and a bit of Social Distortion Country. Just as fast, loud and dirty as an old oil-stained 2.8 Opel Admiral six-cylinder with three open 45 double carburettors and rust holes in the exhaust. That's fun.
